Who is responsible
Lollipop is operated by LOLIPOP. Our mailing address is 402 King Farm Blvd
Ste 125 #PMB 1030
Rockville, MD 20850
United States. For privacy requests, contact owner@lollipop.audio. This policy covers our website and communications. The sound library is currently coming soon, and account registration and payment collection are not yet open.
Information used when you visit
Our hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the website. Search words and category choices appear in page URLs and may be included in server logs; do not enter confidential or personal information in a sound search. We do not currently use advertising trackers or optional analytics on the website.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, name if supplied, and the content and attachments you send. We use this information to answer questions, resolve requests, and keep a record of relevant communications. Please do not send payment-card details or sensitive documents by email.
Accounts and payments at launch
When accounts and purchases open, we will use account contact information, membership details, invoices, payment status, accepted terms, and download/license records to provide the service, support customers, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Stripe will process payment details. Full card numbers and card security codes will not be stored on Lollipop’s servers. We will update this policy before introducing materially different processing.
Providers and disclosures
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Google Workspace handles our business email. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to serve those requests. Stripe is configured for future payment processing but the current website does not collect payment details. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose relevant information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Why we use information
Depending on the activity and applicable law, we process information to provide a requested service or perform a contract, meet legal obligations, protect our legitimate interests in operating a secure business, or act on consent where consent is required. Optional marketing will require a separate choice where required; buying a membership will not automatically authorize unrelated marketing.
Cookies and browser storage
The current website does not set account or advertising cookies or save searches to local browser storage. Hosting or security services may use necessary cookies to deliver and protect the site. When sign-in and billing are introduced, necessary session and payment technologies will support those functions. We will request consent before using optional tracking where required.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, required recordkeeping, or resolving a dispute. Relevant factors include an active support request, a membership or enduring sound license, fraud prevention, and legal retention duties. We limit access to information and use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a portable copy of, restrict, or object to processing of your information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Send a request to owner@lollipop.audio. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your data. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Exercising privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination.
International processing and children
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where legally required, appropriate safeguards apply to international transfers. Lollipop is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Policy changes
The effective date identifies the current policy. We will publish changes here and provide additional notice where a change materially affects existing customers or applicable law requires it.
